Overview
We are offering merch as tokens of appreciation when you donate to the community. The money goes into a fund that is directly tied into the continuation of our services. It should thus be stated that donations are exempt from any refund or returns policy. We do, however, offer exchanges and a limited capacity of returns, albeit it’s would make little sense to return something whose shipping rate is more expensive than the item itself. Third party sites have their own return and refund policies.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective, hasn’t arrived or been damaged upon arrival. If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact us through the form on this website.
Shipping returns
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
